Sanjivani Masala buttermilk is rich in proteins, vitamins, and minerals. It is an excellent drink to keep the body hydrated. Sanjivani buttermilk is made with Indian spices that make it even tastier and healthier.
Ingredients:
- Yogurt/Curd , thick-1 cup
- Cilantro , chopped-1 tablespoon (optional)
- Ginger , chopped-1/2 inch
- Mint -5 to 6 leaves
Spices:
- Cumin powder -1 teaspoon
- Black Salt /Sea Salt-1 teaspoon (optional)
Liquids:
- Water-3 cups
Instructions:
- Add yogurt/curd and water in the same jar along with the cumin powder, ginger and grind well.
- Add black salt if desired. Then add mint and cilantro, and grind them coarsely.
- Pour the buttermilk into a serving glass.
- Drink it fresh and cool.
Note:
For plain buttermilk, simply add water to the curd and grind them together.
