Private Classes

Private classes will be offered most of the time either for individuals or in small groups: in person, online, on internet as mutually convenient.  Health evaluation, using allopathic medicine with the integration of some alternative medicine will also be available. Healthy lifestyle coaching, cooking will also be available.

Cooking Classes

Achieving good health through healthy cooking is our goal here and basic fundamentals of cooking will be discussed here. This again will be available for individuals or in small groups: in person, online, on internet as mutually convenient. Our goal is to make you understand the basics of cooking so that it is not difficult for you to survive being a vegetarian or a vegan.  It would not be right for me to take away your food and let you starve unless I have offered you other options to survive. Also, if cooking gets too complex or lifestyle gets too difficult to live, then it is hard to survive. As mentioned earlier, our goal to simplify wellness.

Meditation Classes

There will be introductory meditation classes offered here which will help you understand the basic concepts on how to do it and what one can achieve with learning to meditate. Almost all of us have heard that meditation is very good for our health even if everyone may not agree on its spiritual benefit. Seeing is believing and your own experience will open up the doors for you. Once you practice meditation, you will realize that it is a stage beyond sleep.  Our desire is to help you learn to “defragment” your brain that will help you focus and achieve your goals easily.

Medical Yoga Classes

Yoga means Union by definition. There are many different breathing practices and body postures as well as movements offered through yoga to help us move the energy in our bodies in such a way that a union is made with the rest of the Universe. This union allows healing and wellness.  Some of these postures are difficult to achieve or to maintain.  It is difficult to learn to practice full-fledged yoga postures after certain age and therefore we will guide them to make them simpler especially for people after the age of 50 to modify their yoga postures so that it does not hurt them. Since they are modified for medical reasons, we call them medical yoga. Our primary focus will be on yoga breathing classes predominantly as they are the safest at any age.
