Ingredients :

  • Red grapes, fresh preferably with seeds (to increase its health benefits)-1 cup
  • Ginger -½ inch

Liquids :

  • Water- 1 cup

 Instructions :

  • Blend the grapes and ginger with water until pureed. Do not strain the juice in order to preserve the fiber and nutrient content.
  • Serve and drink it fresh.

Note : Wash and soak Red Grapes in planet-friendly dish washing soap solution for about 5 minutes or use other safes for health cleansing agents if grapes are not organic. This will remove a lot of pesticides and microbial agents from the skin. To help not get the parasites in certain countries, usually quick washing with boiling water/blanching may be useful too.
