Ingredients:

  • Cantaloupe – one whole ripe fruit without skin but with seeds, cut into big pieces
  • Cardamom powder-½ teaspoon

Liquids:

  • Water- twice the amount of cantaloupe

Instructions:

  • Remove the skin of the ripe cantaloupe fruit and add big chunks to the blender with cardamom and water.
