Sanjivani Coconut Milk Vegan Smoothie is an easy-to-make nutritious and healthy plant-based drink that is rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants from the added fruits. Addition of protein powder or nuts will help increase the protein content of the smoothie.

Ingredients:

  • Coconut milk-2 cups
  • Strawberries or different mixed berries-½ cup
  • Mango , pieces-½ cup
  • Banana , pieces-1 cup or of a whole count
  • Almonds -3
  • Cashew nuts-3
  • Vanilla Extract-1 teaspoon
  • Protein powder, vegan-1 tablespoon (optional)

Instructions:

  • Add all the above ingredients to the blender and blend it into a smooth drink at high speed for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve it at room temperature or slightly cold.
  • Water may be added to reduce calories per serving or increase hydration as needed.

Note:

Use the same ingredients as base i.e. coconut milk, nuts, vanilla extract, and protein powder. Then add peaches & mango for yellow smoothie. Or add strawberry and banana for pink smoothie. Or add different mixed berries for purple smoothie.
