Sanjivani Coconut Milk Vegan Smoothie is an easy-to-make nutritious and healthy plant-based drink that is rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants from the added fruits. Addition of protein powder or nuts will help increase the protein content of the smoothie.
Ingredients:
- Coconut milk-2 cups
- Strawberries or different mixed berries-½ cup
- Mango , pieces-½ cup
- Banana , pieces-1 cup or of a whole count
- Almonds -3
- Cashew nuts-3
- Vanilla Extract-1 teaspoon
- Protein powder, vegan-1 tablespoon (optional)
Instructions:
- Add all the above ingredients to the blender and blend it into a smooth drink at high speed for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve it at room temperature or slightly cold.
- Water may be added to reduce calories per serving or increase hydration as needed.

Use the same ingredients as base i.e. coconut milk, nuts, vanilla extract, and protein powder. Then add peaches & mango for yellow smoothie. Or add strawberry and banana for pink smoothie. Or add different mixed berries for purple smoothie.
