Ingredients:
- Broccoli florets-1 cup
- Almonds -3 tablespoons (may substitute with Walnuts or Cashews) soaked in water
Spices:
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper -½ teaspoon
- Turmeric -¼ teaspoon
Liquids:
- Milk /Almond milk/Other nut milk/Milk substitute-2 cups
Instructions :
- Put all the ingredients except for almonds in a stainless-steel bowl and steam for 3 minutes.
- Pour the contents in a blender.
- Rinse off the almonds and add to the blender.
- Now blend at high speed until it has uniform consistency.
- Serve the soup hot in soup bowl or mugs and enjoy the refreshing soup.
