Ingredients:
- Cucumber, diced-1 cup
- Lemonjuice 6-8 drops
Spices:
- Mustard seeds-1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds-1/2 teaspoon
- Black Pepper, finely crushed-1/4 teaspoon or more if desired
- Turmeric-1/4 teaspoon
- Asafoetida– 1 pinch
- Salt to taste
Liquids:
- Avocado/Canola oil/other Cooking oil-1 teaspoon
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds and when they crackle, add cumin seeds and asafetida.
- Add turmeric, black pepper, cucumber, and salt. Sauté for 2 minutes as you mix them well.
Serve with Tortilla/Roti/Paratha.
