The Sweet Chutney is made up of healthy ingredients and a complete dose of Iron and Vitamin C.

Ingredients:

  • Dates, deseeded/ Date paste – 1 cup
  • Tamarind/lemon juice/Dry mango powder – 2 tablespoons

Spices:

  • Cumin powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Red chili powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Salt to taste

Liquids:

  • Water – 4 to 5 cups

Method:

  • Take date paste, tamarind, red chili powder, cumin powder and salt to taste in a grinding jar. Grind all of them into the fine paste.
  • Add 4 to 5 cups of water in the chutney depending on the consistency of your choice.
  • Preserve it in a tightly closed bottle and keep it in the freezer.

Remove the bottle 30 minutes prior to use.
