Ingredients:
- Sour Cream or thick yogurt-3 cups
- Carrot, big pieces-1 cup
- Cucumber, big pieces-1 cup
- Tomato, big pieces-1 cup
- Cabbage, big pieces-1 cup
- Cilantro-4 to 6 stems into cut pieces
Spices:
- Green Chili, ground-½ to 1 teaspoon (Optional-based on how spicy hot taste is desired)
- Ginger-1 inch
- Cumin powder-1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Grind carrots, cabbage, ginger, and chili in a food processor.
- Now add cucumber, tomatoes and cilantro in the ground mixture and grind coarsely on a pulse setting.
- Take this mixture out in a bowl and add cumin powder and salt to taste. Mix well.
- Add sour cream or thick yogurt to the mixture and mix everything well.
- Serve as described earlier.
- It can be left in the fridge for 2-5 days depending on the cooling power of your refrigerator.
