Ingredient:

  • Peanuts , soaked-1 cup

Spices:

  • Turmeric -¼ teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder -a pinch
  • Salt to taste

Liquid:

  • Water-½ cup

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Steam-cook the soaked peanuts with salt, black pepper powder, turmeric and water for about 10 minutes until soft.
  2. Serve them warm.

Note:

In case you forget to soak the peanuts, steam cook them for another 5 minutes.
