- Peanuts , soaked-1 cup
Spices:
- Turmeric -¼ teaspoon
- Black pepper powder -a pinch
- Salt to taste
Liquid:
- Water-½ cup
Cooking Instructions:
- Steam-cook the soaked peanuts with salt, black pepper powder, turmeric and water for about 10 minutes until soft.
- Serve them warm.
Note:
In case you forget to soak the peanuts, steam cook them for another 5 minutes.
