Sanjivani Salsa is a balanced recipe of a popular Mexican dip which is easy, tasty and healthy. Salsa is actually a kind of Sauce made up with tomatoes, onion, chilies and cilantro. It is rich in Vitamin C and at Sanjivani we  ensure the nutrients are not lost due to heating. Vitamin C is a pioneer nutrient to strengthen the immunity and help body fight with infection.

Ingredients:

  • Tomato , diced-3 cups
  • Onion , diced-½ cup
  • Garlic , finely chopped-3 cloves
  • Cilantro , chopped-¼ cup
  • Vinegar/ Lemon juice -2 teaspoons

Spices:

  • Chilies , chopped-3 to 4 (depending upon the spiciness desired)
  • Salt-1 teaspoon

Liquids:

  • Avocado oil / Coconut oil -2 tablespoons

Instructions:

  • Add all the ingredients in a grinder jar and grind them coarsely.
  • Take the mixture in a big bowl and put it into the refrigerator so that flavors marinate properly.
  • Serve this homemade Salsa with Tortilla chips or your favorite Mexican dish.
