Ingredients:

  • Yogurt /Sour cream-1 cup
  • Purple Cabbage , ground-1 cup

Spices:

  • Cumin roasted and coarsely ground powder-1 teaspoon
  • Green Chilies , ground-½ teaspoon (optional)
  • Ginger , ground-½ teaspoon (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  • Grind the purple cabbage in a food processor well enough but not to liquefy.
  • Add the cabbage now to the yogurt [hyperlink] or sour cream.
  • Add cumin powder and salt to taste. Mix well.
  • You may also add ground green chilies and ginger if you wish.
