Ingredients:
- Yogurt /Sour cream-1 cup
- Purple Cabbage , ground-1 cup
Spices:
- Cumin roasted and coarsely ground powder-1 teaspoon
- Green Chilies , ground-½ teaspoon (optional)
- Ginger , ground-½ teaspoon (optional)
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Grind the purple cabbage in a food processor well enough but not to liquefy.
- Add the cabbage now to the yogurt [hyperlink] or sour cream.
- Add cumin powder and salt to taste. Mix well.
- You may also add ground green chilies and ginger if you wish.
