Ingredients:
- Besan/Chickpea flour-½ cup
- Broccoli florets-1 cup
- Capsicum , diced-1 cup
- Sesame seeds -1 teaspoon
- Cilantro , finely chopped-1 tablespoon
Spices:
- Turmeric powder-1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder-1 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds s-1 teaspoon
- Asafetida -1 pinch
- Garam masala -1/5 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
Liquids:
- Sesame oil/Avocado oil/Canola oil/Coconut oil-2 to 3 tablespoons
Instructions:
- In a bowl, take besan, sesame seeds, cumin seeds, asafetida, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, and oil. Mix them together.
- Put broccoli florets and diced capsicums in a pot that can be used in the steamer, Put the mixture of besan and spices on the top and steam cook for 7-8 minutes.
- Garnish with Cilantro
